Do any of these challenges sound familiar to you?

"2020 was wildly disruptive. We need advice and support to move forward."

“We see great opportunities online. Need some help to get started."

"We've got a lot going on and we're spread too thin.  We need someone we can trust to manage things online."

You’re looking for online expertise and support to get from where you are now to where you want to be. That’s us.

We can help you identify new opportunities and mitigate risks, work confidently through decision-making processes, and develop the online capabilities and confidence needed to move forward.

With 300+ projects under our belt, you might wonder if we've created a template, or found a cookie-cutter solution that works with every client...

Wish it was that easy!

But truthfully, that's not how effective coaching and consulting works. Your nonprofit is unique. You need tailored solutions and support that matches your goals and realities.

Look at one of our clients to see how we helped them...

The Pictou County Chamber of Commerce is a well-established nonprofit (1983). They have a strong reputation and deep roots in the Nova Scotian business community. Their challenges included building online authority and increasing engagement with members of the business community. An additional challenge was to provide valuable benefits and online networking opportunities.

Our solutions:

  • Leadership coaching in social media communications and online marketing
  • Development of an Online Marketing Strategy and Action Plan
  • Creation of an Online Training Campus as a fresh new offering to the business community (with discounts for Chamber members)
  • Ongoing management of online activities (with monthly reports to stakeholders)

The results:

The Chamber is now active on multiple social media platforms, with a robust follower count and high engagement rates. They also have the capacity to generate an ongoing revenue stream through their online training campus.

With competence and confidence, they hosted their first virtual business gala in January 2021. Promoted strongly on social media, Business Unusual was a huge success, with more than 1000 views and enthusiastically positive feedback!

Money well spent!

“We’ve built a much stronger online presence - thanks to Kim. She taught me a ton about how to build authority online and we’ve now got the tools and tactics we need to keep moving forward. Working with Kim was a smart move for our organization. Money well spent!”

Jack Kyte, Executive Director, Pictou County Chamber of Commerce

Helps unravel complicated knots

“I’ve worked with Kim on several projects over the past few years, often involving multiple stakeholders and complex challenges. Kim has listened to our vision for each project and drawn from her wealth of experience to suggest creative solutions that add impact and value. She is easy to communicate with and is timely with her responses to questions and delivery of documents. She is consistently able to help us unravel complicated knots.”

Alex Wilson, Senior Manager, Knowledge Mobilization, Sport for Life Canada

Focused on outcomes

“Kim is focused on outcomes. Kim and the Trust Communications not only work hard and smart, but also at a pace that is well beyond the norm. I would not hesitate, ever, to work with or recommend Trust Communications to others.”
